A full-blooded Cebuano who wears many hats like that of a Farmer, a Mechanic who loves racing machines, a self-made man, a Lay Minister of the Roman Catholic church, an Environmentalist who loves to Scuba Dive, a special Education Teacher, and a gulf war Veteran of the United State Navy.
