Disbursing Officers Conference Held

A Consultative Conference for the Accounting Clerks / Disbursing Officers of the DILG field offices was held on August 23, 2007 at the DILG CALABARZON Conference Room. The activity was spearheaded by the Administrative Services Division with the goal of reiterating the importance of the tasks and responsibilities of the ACs and DOs in relation to the operations of the office.
Director Roberto C. Abejero rendered a message and reminded the participants about the importance of their jobs. He said that the proper handling of the finances of the field offices not only rests with the Provincial Directors but with them as well. He also reminded the participants to make sure that they take care of the equipment and supplies of the office in the field level.
