KRA I: INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT.

GOAL

•  Improve local economy and peace order through upgrading local government competency.

OBJECTIVES:

• POCS in all Barangays nationwide shall have been organized. All target LGUs shall have posted increased income through the implementation of income generating projects and installation of anti-red tape mechanism:

• All LGU-recipients of DILG capability building intersections shall have achieved for observable intermediate outcomes of quality local governance namely: improved service delivery, increased mobilization and utilization of resources toward local economic transformation and solid waste management, simplification of rules and structures for greater participation of the private sector & eradication of red tape & graft and corruption.

KRA II: ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS

GOAL:

•  Improved client satisfaction rating of DILG SERVICES.

OBJECTIVES:

•  All LGU’S shall have access to information on DILG programs, projects and through the implementation of projects and activities under the depth. Public info.  & communication program for governance & development.

• The Dept. shall have streamlined its internal operations to reduce graft and corruption and red tape;

• The Dept. shall have provided capability building interventions to each personnel consistent with its productivity enhancement plan.
