SANGGUNIAN INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIS)

SIS?

  • The system allows a comprehensive recording of all ordinances, resolutions and calendar of business of the Sanggunian.

  • It has the capability to classify the ordinances enacted and resolutions passed by category.

  • It contains information on the performance of the various committees and of the individual members of the Sanggunian

  • It can also tract/record the attendance of all members of the Sanggunian.


Functions:

  • Can handle archiving of resolutions, ordinances, committee reports, minutes of the Council;

  • Provide status of proposed ordinances, resolutions and report of committees;

  • Capable of recording attendance of sessions and public hearings;

  • Can access records of draft resolutions, ordinances and minutes of the meetings as to original contents.


Features:

  • Minimize the time and effort required for bringing accurate and relevant information to the party concerned;

  • Data information can be accessed through a network of computers and has built-in access through multi-level password and security

  • It ensures creation of database on legislative system that will actively support the Sanggunian Council.
