Why Computerize?

Computerization provides this since it simplifies data management. With computerization, an organization can do away on keeping voluminous records and with maintaining duplicate records that would only complicate data management.

Computerization provides numerous benefits to an LGU primarily increase in income and other non-quantifiable benefits like streamlining LGU operation, increasing community satisfaction, promotes transparency and reduces red tape; and fast and accurate reports for management decision making.

Computerization also results into benefits for LGUs like cost reductions and staff time savings; efficient data storage and management; improved security and reliability of information; improved search, analytic and presentation capability; increased total productivity; and improved corporate or organizational image
