As oversight agencies, the Department of the Interior and Local Government, National Economic and Development Authority, Department of Budget and Management and the Department of Finance signed on March 8, 2007 in Cebu City, JMC No. 1, Series of 2007

The LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT (L-EPM) PROJECT aims to capacitate LGUs to replicate innovative and good practices and tools in improving local governance particularly in the area of local environmental planning and management.

The BAYANIHAN SAVINGS REPLICATION PROJECT (BSRP) is a community-based savings, microfinance and enterprise development program that builds the capacities of low-income families in handling their finance and managing their livelihood.

The LOCAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PROJECT (LSWMP) is advocating for the widespread application of an Ecological Solid Waste Management System as envisioned in Republic Act 9003.

The GOOD PRACTICES IN LOCAL GOVERNANCE: FACILITY FOR ADOPTATION AND REPLICATION (GO-FAR) is a facility designed to assist LGUs in building their capacities by providing them the opportunity to improve local governance along the areas of development planning, fiscal administration, accountability and service delivery through replicating good practices that are participatory, innovatiovend sustainable.

The GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT MAINSTREAMING IN THE LGUs is a support intervention to the government's effort in responding to the global call for gender equality in all areas of social and economic development.

The COMPUTERIZATION OF LGUs ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEM The Bureau of Local Government Development (BLGD) of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) as mandated to enhance the technical, financial and administrative capabilities of local government units.

The ONE CLUSTER, ONE VISION (OCOV) FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT encourages the formal organization of contiguous/geographically adjacent municipalities within the province with common needs, interests, potentials and willing to pool their available resources for purposes commonly beneficial to them, to meet major development requirements.

The LOCALIZATION OF THE MILLENNIUM DEVELOPMENT GOALS IN THE LOCAL PLANNING AND BUDGETING SYSTEM PROJECT aims to capacitate Local Government Units (LGUs) to effectively and efficiently implement MDG-responsive programs and projects toward reducing poverty in their localities.

MAINSTREAMING DISASTER MANAGEMENT IN LOCAL GOVERNANCE  "Building Disaster Resillient LGUs and Commnunities" 

The RATIONALIZED PLANNING SYSTEM is an attempt to put order to the present chaos that characterizes local planning in the Philippines.
