Accessibility and usability features

Images on the site contain alternative description "alt" tags, that will help users with visual impairment to listen to the content of the site by using a screen reader. All content images include descriptive "alt" attributes. Purely decorative graphics include null "alt" attributes.
Many links have "title" attributes that describe the link in greater detail, unless the text of the link already fully describes the target (such as the title of the news item or memorandum circular).
There are no "javascript:" pseudo-links. All links can be followed in any browser, even if scripting is turned off.
This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout.
Text sizes can be adjusted by the user on most browsers, improving the readability of content to persons with visual impairments.
