3 NCR barangays received special citation from DILG-NCR

Three barangays from the National Capital Region received special citation from the Department of the Interior and Local Government-NCR for coming up with comprehensive “State of Barangay Governance Report (SBGR)” presented during their conduct of the Synchronized Barangay Assembly in 29 March 2008.
