| Site Maintenance Trainings | |
| A training on ENP site maintenance is conducted to personnel who will be assigned to keep the ENP centers in good condition. Representatives from the different regional offices where these centers will be housed were trained on maintaining the ENP system especially in terms of equipment and databases. |

were held in different schedules from last year and this year
at the Training Center in Fairview, Quezon City. Representatives
from the DILG Central Office and Regional officeswere able to

| Operators' Trainings | |
| This activity is conducted to all operational and soon-to-be launched 117 Emergency Call Centers. It is undertaken to provide the current and prospective operators of Patrol 117 with the basic knowledge on how to operate the ENP system. The course includes lectures on the ENP System Overview and hands-on discussions on the PC Dispatcher and ENP.CAD, the application programs used to operate the ENP system. |

| The
NCR Operators' Training was
held last May 14 to 24, 2003 at the NCR Call Center, Fairview
where three batches of 117 NCR Emergency Call Center operators
attended the activity conducted by the EDPS and Frequentis Training
personnel. As a continuing
activity, subsequent trainings were held last July 21 to 31, 2003
for incoming 117 operators. Hence, a total number of 86
participants from the NCR were trained on ENP operations. See more pictures... |

| Fifty seven (57) participants attended the Region VI Operators' Training last November 14-21, 2003 at the Region VI 117 Emergency Call Center, DILG Regional Office, Fort San Pedro, Iloilo City. EDPS personnel conducted this training to the existing 117 personnel and soon-to-be operators from the PNP, BFP, BJMP, and the DILG. | |
| The Region VIII Operators' Training was attended by 19 participants in two batches. The activity was held at the Region VIII Emergency Call Center, DILG Regional Office, Tacloban City last April 16-24, 2004. | |

participants attended the Region II Operators'
Training last September 22 to October 3, 2003 at the
Region II 117 Emergency Call Center, DILG Regional Office, Tuguegarao
City. EDPS personnel conducted this training to the existing

| Twenty one (21) participants attended the Region V Operators' Training held at the 117 Region V Emergency Call Center, Legazpi City last April 14-21, 2004. EDPS personnel conducted this training to the existing 117 personnel and prospective operators of Patrol 117, Legazpi City. | |
| The CAR Operators' Training was recently held at the CAR Emergency Call Center, DILG Regional Office, Engineer's Hill, Baguio City. Twenty three (23) existing and prospective 117 operators (in two batches) were trained by EDPS personnel last April 30-May 7, 2004. | |
| Twenty
five (25) participants attended the Region
VII Operators' Training held last July 1-6, 2004 at
the 117 Region VII Emergency Call Center, Cebu City. Participants
for this activity came from the existing 117 personnel of the
Cebu Call Center.

| Several participants attended the Region III Operators' Training held recently at the 117 Region III Emergency Call Center, San Fernando City, Pampanga. EDPS personnel conducted this training to the existing 117 personnel and prospective operators of Patrol 117, Central Luzon. | |
| The CARAGA Operators' Training was recently held at the CARAGA Emergency Call Center, DILG Regional Office, Butuan City. Existing and prospective 117 operators (in two batches) were trained by EDPS personnel last September, 2004. | |
| Twenty
two (22) participants attended the Region
IV-B Operators' Training held at the 117 Region IV-B
Emergency Call Center, Puerto Princesa City last November 22-26,
2004. EDPS personnel conducted this training to the existing 117
personnel and prospective operators of Patrol 117, Puerto Princesa
City.

Region XI Operators' Training was
held at the Region XI Emergency Call Center, DILG Regional Office,
Davao City. Existing and prospective 117 operators (in two
batches) were trained by EDPS personnel last December 6-10, 2004.

|
| Thirteen
(13) participants recently attended the Region
X Operator's Training held last May 28 to June 1, 2007
at the 117 Region X Emergency Call Center, Malaybalay City.
Participants for this activity came from the existing 117 personnel
of the Malaybalay City 117 Call Center.
